ELECTRON BEAM WELDING
Four 150KV electron beam welders with selected contour welding capability.

GTAW (TIG) WELDING
Two (2) Semi-Automatic GTAW (TIG), 3-Axis, Rotary, Boom and Beam type welding machines.
Eight (8) Manual welding booths.

ALUMINUM DIP BRAZING:
One (1) Salt Bath and associated pre and post dip equipment with 24-inch (600mm) capacity.

ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING
Nine (9) rotary and ram type machines augmented by a sophisticated supply chain for special requirements.

RESISTANCE WELDING
Two (2) Sciaky spot weld machines and one (1) Sciaky seam weld machine.

AIR FLOW MEASUREMENT
One (1) certified air flow laboratory with a current capability to measure from 0.01-1.25 lbs/sec mass air flow including digital data acquisition.

RADIOGRAPHIC INSPECTION (X-RAY) IN-HOUSE LEVELS 2&3
Three (3) 320KV X-Ray machines with all associated developing and reading equipment.

FLUORESCENT PENETRANT INSPECTION (FPI) IN HOUSE LEVELS 1, 2 & 3
One (1) complete FPI facility which includes acid tech capability.
